Lauren is a 2007 graduate of University of Southern Maine where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. As a student at USM she was a four-year women’s hockey athlete and four year Wise Scholar Athlete. Lauren served as an intern with To Be A Champion during the spring of 2007. During that time, her enthusiasm, passion, knowledge, and outstanding personality earned her the trust and respect of customers/clients.

Her background as a collegiate student-athlete and student-athletic trainer will enable her to relate well with our middle school, high school and collegiate athletes.
